Below are the links for both the general application and CITs. Please read the directions carefully and note important dates of action. If forms are not turned in or mandatory meetings are not attended your camper will be put back on the waiting list and a new applicant name will be drawn. We also want to be forthcoming that due to the loss of a major grant we are still actively fundraising to finance camp for 2025. We are collecting these applications in the hopes we can still hold camp. A final decision about whether or not camp will occur will be made on June 9 and all applicants in the process will be notified. In the event we cannot hold camp you can choose to donate your registration fee to the 2026 camp session or have it refunded.
General Application
This application is for new campers as well as returning campers who did not enter the priority lottery. Applications will be available from March 1-14. We will then conduct a lottery on March 16 that is stratified by age group. Results will be emailed to all families indicating if you were chosen or if you are on the waiting list. If you are accepted, you will have until April 13th to pay the $25 registration fee and return all required documentation. A mandatory intake must be attended by at least one legally responsible adult and the camper for all new campers. Both new and returning campers and their family must attend a mandatory orientation. If you find you cannot attend camp, please let us know by June 1st so we can randomly select someone from the waiting list in that age group.
Counselor in Training (CIT)
This application is for returning campers only who wish to have the opportunity to attend camp as a Counselor in Training. Please do not apply if you are not a returning camper .Applications will be available from March 1-14. CITs will be interviewed by staff to select from the applicants. Former CITs are welcome to reapply as well as those new to the experience. CITs will be under the supervision of our Head Counselors while shadowing the role to prepare to potentially apply for a junior counselor position after aging out of camps as well as having valuable experience for employment and education opportunities. Please see this link for CITs benefits, rights, and responsibilities. The position is unpaid but provides a guaranteed spot to attend camp.
